1. Who runs this site

This site is run by Xiamen Halcyon Trading Co., Ltd. (Unified Social Credit Code 91350211MAKRGFCF59; address: 2F-1, No. 585-5 Tieshan Road, Jimei District, Xiamen, Fujian, China) ("CRAVEUO", "we"), contact sales@craveuo.com.

Each order's formal quote and contract come from the licensed Chinese export company named in it; before you sign, we send you its business licence and export credentials to check.

2. What we do

  • Showing models, specifications and reference prices (FOB at the Chinese port, and CIF and landed estimates for the country you choose).
  • Taking your inquiry and sending the model, quantity and destination to licensed export companies and sellers who can supply it, to get quotes; your name and contact details are not sent to them.
  • Sending you the formal quote and helping you deal with the export company on the contract, export and shipping.

3. Prices and reference information

Prices on the site are rounded to the nearest $100 and are reference prices. The FOB price includes the export licence, new-car export formalities, inland transport to the port, port charges and the export inspection; freight, insurance, duties and taxes are estimated for the destination. The export company's formal quote and the contract set the price.

Specifications, versions and each country's rules change; we check them and give sources and dates, and the formal quote, the contract and the destination's customs decide.

4. Ordering and payment

No payment on this website and nothing before the contract is signed. Pay only the company account on the proforma invoice — we never change bank details by email or chat.

5. Delivery and customs

Shipment about 30–45 days after the contract and the payment it sets (export licence, sailing schedule and EV dangerous-goods space permitting), plus the sea transit.

Where the car is handed over and when the risk passes follow the trade term in the contract (FOB, CIF or delivered to your door, DAP). Customs clearance and registration in your country are done by you or a local customs broker we recommend, quoted separately.

6. The car, warranty and after-sales

The car's version, colour, condition and warranty are those in the contract. Most cars on the site are China-market versions: the head-unit language, connected features abroad and whether an overseas version can be supplied are confirmed when you ask.

Parts can be requested by VIN on the Parts page.

7. Cancelling

Before the contract is signed you can stop at any time, at no cost. After signing, cancellation and refunds follow the contract.

8. Cars sold by local dealers (marketplace)

In some countries the car pages show cars that local dealers sell themselves. For these cars the seller is the dealer, not CRAVEUO: CRAVEUO is the information platform that lists the car and passes on enquiries. It is not a party to the sale and takes no payment for the car.

The contract of sale is between you and the dealer. The dealer is responsible for the description, the price (its own price, incl. local taxes), the condition, the warranty, delivery and your statutory consumer rights. Each listing shows the dealer's company name, registration number, address, contact details and VAT number (if any).

We check dealers' company details and require honest descriptions; we remove listings or stop working with a dealer if information is false. We don't inspect every car — don't pay a deposit before you've seen the car and the contract.

Your contact details are passed to a dealer only if you tick the consent box (see Privacy policy, section 4). Dealers may pay CRAVEUO a platform fee; it isn't added to the price you see.

If you have a complaint about a dealer, contact the dealer first; you can also tell us at sales@craveuo.com and we'll look into it and remove the listing if needed.

9. Liability

We check what we publish carefully, but it is reference information, not a quote, a contract or legal advice. Obligations about the car, payment and delivery are those of the parties to the contract, as it sets out. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have by law.

10. Questions and complaints

Please write to sales@craveuo.com or message us on WhatsApp first; we reply within 24 hours. Disputes about an order follow the contract you sign.

11. Changes to these terms

When these terms change, we update the date on this page. Contracts already signed are not affected.

Accounts and user posts

With sign-in open, accounts, the licence for what you post, community rules, moderation and reporting (including takedown notices) are covered by the "Accounts, your posts and reporting" page, which forms part of these terms.
