Usually 30–60 days after the order, depending on stock, destination and shipping route.
Is there a warranty?
Warranty terms are agreed in each contract. The maker's warranty may not apply in your country; we tell you which case applies before you sign.
How do I pay?
A deposit after signing the contract, the balance before shipping — only to the exporter's company account in the contract.
