1. Before the contract

Inquiries, quotes and video viewings are free and need no payment. You can tell us at any time that you won't go ahead.

2. After the contract

Cancellation terms, deposits and refunds follow the contract. Before shipping, you are shown the car's condition and the documents.

3. Warranty and parts

The warranty's scope and length are those in the contract. A car exported abroad may not have the maker's China warranty; the quote says what applies. Parts can be requested by VIN on the Parts page.
