Community guidelines

In short

Post your own real outfits, be kind, and don't trade in the community. Illegal or harmful content is removed; if something looks wrong, tap Report.

Signed-in posting: new posts and comments are checked by our team before they go public, and reports go straight to staff.

What we'd love to see

  • Your own outfits, on-foot shots and unboxings.
  • Honest sizing: your height, the size you wear, whether it runs big or small.
  • Good and bad experiences alike — said kindly.

Not allowed

  • Anything that sexually exploits or abuses children. Zero tolerance: removed at once, account banned, reported to the authorities.
  • Sexual content or nudity; anything that promotes or encourages suicide, self-harm or eating disorders.
  • Hate, harassment, threats, bullying, or mocking someone's body or looks.
  • Terrorist content; buying, selling or promoting drugs, weapons or other illegal items.
  • Scams, phishing links and fake deals.
  • Counterfeits: replicas, "1:1", reps and the like.
  • Selling off-platform: personal shopping, "DM to buy", phone numbers, WeChat or email, links to other shops.
  • Pretending to be someone else or a brand; using other people's copyright or trade marks.

People in your photos

  • Only post photos you took or have the right to use.
  • Ask before posting anyone else's face. Take extra care with children — better to leave their faces out.
  • Intimate images, secret photos or unwanted nudity: zero tolerance.
  • We strip location and other hidden data from photos on your device, but don't show house numbers, school uniforms or number plates either.

Under-18s

  • The community is for people aged 13 and over. If we find an account belonging to someone under 13, we check and remove it.
  • Under 18? Don't share your full name, school, address or phone number.
  • There are no private messages between strangers right now. When we launch, under-18s won't be findable or messageable by strangers by default.
  • If someone makes you uncomfortable, asks for photos or wants you to move to another app — report it and tell an adult you trust.

Checks before you post

  • You confirm the photo checklist (below) when you post.
  • Text is checked for abuse, contact details, outside links, personal-shopping and counterfeit wording. Flagged posts wait for a person to review them; until then only you can see them.
  • No check is perfect: if it's wrong, edit and post again, or appeal a rejection.

Reporting and what happens next

  • Every post has a Report button — no account needed.
  • We look at every report. Illegal content, child safety, sexual and self-harm/violence reports come first, and confirmed illegal content is taken down quickly.
  • Breaking the rules can mean removal, a warning, or — for serious or repeated breaches — a ban.
  • Disagree with a decision? Appeal through customer service and another member of staff reviews it and replies.
  • We keep records of reports and decisions, and regularly review the risks on the community.

Photo checklist (confirmed when you post)

  1. I took these photos or have the right to use them
  2. No one else's face without their consent (especially children)
  3. No nudity, sexual or violent content
  4. No fakes or replicas, and the description is honest
  5. No contact details, address, school or other personal details

You can report for

Illegal content · Puts a child at risk · Nudity or sexual content · Self-harm, violence or danger · My or someone's photo or details without consent · Harassment, abuse or hate · Counterfeit or infringement · Spam, off-platform selling or scam · Something else

If you need help

These rules follow what the UK Online Safety Act 2023 asks of services where users share content: easy reporting, swift removal of illegal content, complaints handling, clear terms on how users are protected, and protecting under-18s. Draft — to be reviewed by a lawyer before launch.
