Exports go through a Chinese export company (export agency, named in the contract), which handles the export licence, customs, inspection and shipping. Since 2026 pure-electric passenger cars need a Chinese export licence.

About the Maextro S800
One-line positioning
The Maextro S800 is a 5.48-metre limousine from Maextro, the ultra-luxury brand of JAC and Huawei, built in Hefei and aimed at buyers of the Mercedes-Maybach S-Class. In China it is priced from RMB 708,000 to RMB 1,018,000, with a Grand Design edition from RMB 1.388 million.

Exterior design
The S800 is 5,480 mm long, 2,000 mm wide and has a 3,370 mm wheelbase. Height is 1,536 mm in the 2024 filing and 1,542 mm on the maker's current page, so we quote it as about 1.54 m. The full-width tail lamp carries 1,785 points of light, and the headlamps use 96-facet crystal units. Two-tone paint is offered, with a claimed 96.3% mirror index, on 20- or 21-inch wheels. Underneath is an aluminium chassis with a double-wishbone front and five-link rear suspension. Rear-wheel steering of up to 12 degrees gives a 5.05 m turning radius, small for a car this long. Design figures are maker claims.

Interior and space
There are two layouts. The four-seat Executive version has two rear zero-gravity seats with 20-way adjustment, up to 148.5 degrees of recline, heating and 20-point massage, plus a 40-inch screen that rises as a partition between rows. The five-seat version keeps the two rear zero-gravity seats and the fridge. The four-seat version has a flat rear floor with wool carpet and fold-out aviation trays. The boot holds 445 L and there is a 62 L front trunk. Trim is calf leather, walnut and crystal. This comes from the maker's China page; check each item against the export specification.

Battery, range and charging
Battery-electric: a 97 kWh pack (CATL cells, reported in the 2024 filing) gives up to 702 km on the CLTC cycle, and 650 km for the other variant. 5C charging takes 10 to 80% in 12 minutes. One launch report said 95 kWh; the maker says 97.
Range-extended: a 65 kWh pack and a 1.5-litre turbo engine that only generates power. CLTC combined range is 1,333 km (dual-motor) or 1,200 km (tri-motor), with 400 or 365 km on battery alone. 6C charging takes 10 to 80% in 10.5 minutes.
CLTC figures are usually higher than real-world range. We found no WLTP figure published for the S800, so no WLTP number is quoted here.

Driver assistance and cockpit
In China the S800 uses Huawei's ADS 4 driver-assistance system. The maker's page lists an 896-line lidar and 32 exterior sensors; launch reports described four 192-line lidars, so hardware differs by year. The Grand Design is reported with ADS 5. The cockpit has a 76-inch head-up display, a 1,448 mm wide screen area and a 43-speaker Huawei sound system. Wikipedia names the software the Harmony ALPS 2.0 cockpit.
These are the functions sold in China, where they rely on Chinese maps, roads and services. Software language, driver-assistance features, maps and connected services in export cars are not confirmed, and we do not promise them.

Safety
We found no published C-NCAP or Euro NCAP result for the S800. CarNewsChina reports only that it was designed to meet a C-NCAP five-star standard, which is a design target, not a rating. The maker lists a body of 92% high-strength steel and aluminium, 2,000 MPa door rings and up to 13 airbags. Treat these as maker claims until an independent test result is published.

Who it suits and rivals
It suits a buyer who wants a rear-seat limousine with new technology and accepts a brand with no overseas dealers yet. Price comparison in China: S-Class RMB 962,600 to 2,042,600 at its February 2025 launch; BMW 7 Series from RMB 808,000 (735Li) to 1,598,000 (M760Le) after the January 2026 price cut. We did not find a current Maybach S-Class price we could verify.
Sales in China show demand. In January 2026 the S800 sold 2,625 (another report says 2,798), against 1,188 for the 7 Series (excluding i7), 1,040 for the Maybach S-Class and 1,005 for the S-Class. From January to April 2026 it sold 5,465, against 3,012 for the Maybach, 2,976 for the 7 Series and 2,596 for the S-Class. Monthly sales swing widely (record 4,376 in December 2025). These are China figures, not export data.

Export notes
The S800 sold in China is left-hand drive, and we know of no right-hand-drive version. China-market cars use the GB/T charging standard, which differs from Type 2 and CCS2, so the charging port and any adapter for your country must be confirmed for each order. Since 1 January 2026 a battery-electric car needs an export licence; CRAVEUO can supply the S800 through a Chinese export company authorised by the maker, and the contract names that company.
Before paying, we confirm item by item: software language, maps, connected services, driver-assistance features, warranty terms and parts support outside China. The price on this page is a reference; the formal quotation sets the final price and delivery time.
