About the brand
Deepal is a smart new-energy brand of Changan Automobile, based in Chongqing. Its representative models are the S07 and S05. According to Changan, Deepal sold 325,096 vehicles in 2025, up 44.4 percent. In Europe the S07 went on sale from about 45,000 euros in 2025, and the S05 was delivered in Munich. The S05 is also built at Changan's Rayong plant in Thailand.
