Yes. The ORA Good Cat can be bought new in China and shipped to Nigeria, Ghana or Iraq. Left-hand drive as standard; a right-hand-drive version is also made for right-hand-drive markets. You pay only after signing a contract with the licensed exporter.

Exports go through a Chinese export company (export agency, named in the contract), which handles the export licence, customs, inspection and shipping. Since 2026 pure-electric passenger cars need a Chinese export licence.

The story behind the name
GWM says ORA stands for 'open, reliable and alternative'; the Chinese name 'Oula' also honours the mathematician Leonhard Euler.
