About the brand
GAC Trumpchi is a self-owned brand of Guangzhou Automobile Group, headquartered in Guangzhou. The brand was launched in December 2010, and at the 2026 Beijing show it unveiled the E8 plug-in hybrid MPV and the Yue 7, its first rugged off-road SUV. GAC's own brands sold over 42,000 vehicles overseas in Q1 2026, up 96 percent year on year.
