We check the car's availability, version and price, then send a formal quote (FOB or CIF).
Who: CRAVEUO and the partner Chinese export company · How long: A reply within 24 hours; the formal quote depends on the car

Video viewing
On request, where possible: the car shown on video where it stands.
Who: The export company or the car's supplier · How long: At a time agreed after the quote

Contract
Sign the sales contract: model, version, price, delivery time, trade terms and payment. No deposit before signing.
Who: You and the licensed Chinese export company · How long: Once both sides agree

Payment
Pay as the contract says, for example by bank transfer or letter of credit.

Export and shipping
Export licence, customs, inspection and booking; the car is shipped to your port and the full documents are sent to you.
Who: The export company and the forwarder; clearance at your port by you or your customs broker · How long: About 1–7 weeks at sea, depending on the destination (the estimate page shows each region's time)
