Exports go through a Chinese export company (export agency, named in the contract), which handles the export licence, customs, inspection and shipping. Since 2026 pure-electric passenger cars need a Chinese export licence.

The story behind the name
The Yuan Up debuted in China on 26 March 2024 and went abroad from September 2024 as the Atto 2; in Australia it was the cheapest electric SUV at launch.
